Our team of craftsmen and designers make all necessary updates for the our homes to have all the amenities of new construction while preserving the character, and innate details.

Our clients decorate their rooms in collaboration with LOU designers to maintain a balance of their interests while keeping an aesthetically soothing environment. Crucial details in the common spaces such as fabrics for upholstered furniture, paint colors, tile, and countertops are all selected by our clients and design staff.

Privacy

Privacy is a basic human right, and LOU is mindful that living in a congregate setting can infringe on one’s privacy. At our residential sites, all bedrooms are outfitted with digital locks for accessibility and ease of use. Our clients can use a key, code, or smart device to lock and unlock their room.

Our interest in our home’s physical appearance extends well past the “ribbon cutting.” The team at LOU consistently evaluates our homes and makes necessary renovations as needed. We have and will continue to modify our group homes as an individual client ages in order to meet their new needs.

Many agencies contract with third-party developers in order to develop new group homes, LOU doesn’t. Our intention is for each home to be unique.
